Valet Encroachment Permits

In addition to the requisite business license, valet operators may need to obtain an encroachment permit for any parking meters that they intend to use.

A valet sign encroachment permit is also required for any signs that valet companies would like to put on the sidewalk.  Please note that each licensee is permitted to place one free-standing portable sign on the sidewalk at each parking lot entrance.  Directional signs are not permitted.
