Provides resources, support, and social service referrals over the phone, by email, and in person at community education events for LGBTQ+ people in need, their families, allies, and the institutions that serve them. JQ also educates the broader community about the issues facing LGBTQ+ people and other marginalized members of the community. Helpline hours are Monday - Thursday (9am - 9pm), Friday (9am - 3pm) and Sunday (10am - 4pm).

Family Services provides recreational activities, public forums, educational venues and support groups for families.
Health Services provides sexually transmitted disease clinic, HIV and STD testing and medical services.
Legal Services provides legal services and Transgender economic services.
Mental Health Services provides general counseling, addiction recovery counseling, HIV counseling and family violence services.
Senior Services provides case management, employment assistance, showers, laundry, meals, food pantry, farmers market, support groups, activities, and excursions to older adults age 50+. Affordable housing is available at Triangle Square Apartments and the Anita May Rosenstein Campus Senior Housing.
Transgender Economic Empowerment Project provides outreach and employment services for transgender and non-binary people, and gender diversity training for employers.
The Village offers cultural, social and recreational activities and educational outreach.
WeHo Life provides HIV prevention information, education, and outreach for West Hollywood residents and businesses through condom distribution and a website at www.weholife.org   
Youth Services provides comprehensive services for LGBTQ youth including shelter, direct services, case management, education and vocational services, and outreach.

Providing culturally competent, comprehensive prevention healthcare for HIV+ and HIV- men and transgender women, the Men’s Health Foundation also offers patients prevention education, adherence counseling and psychosocial support. The clinic is a Los Angeles County “Center of Excellence” for biomedical prevention services, offering PEP and PrEP to anyone, insured, underinsured  or uninsured, including PrEP navigation, benefits counseling, 4th generation testing, treatment and on-site pharmacy. All clinicians are accredited by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
