An Extended Hours Business License is required for any business that operates between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

It does not include bars and nightclubs which only have an opening or closing hour between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Holidays or for Special Events.

To obtain an Extended Hours Business License please submit a completed application (below). All applications will be presented to the Business License Commission who will hear all pertinent testimony, review all documents provided, and make a decision regarding the granting or disallowance of the license.

Extended Hours Business License Application

The initial application fee for an extended hours business license is $1,700.00, plus mailing fees.  The annual renewal fee is currently $200.00
