Make sure that you have created an account online.  Click here to open the landlord guide to the online service portal.  Please remember that in order to complete the re-registration of new tenancies, you are required to provide the following:

1. Tenant(s) First and Last Name(s) 
2. Tenant(s) Email
3. Tenant(s) phone number
4. Move-in Date
5. Initial Rent Amount
6. List of housing services being provided.  

Be advised that you will not be able to complete the re-registration process online without the tenant's email.  If your tenant cannot provide you with their email address, you will need to submit the 3-part carbon copy re-registration form to our office instead.  Please call our office at (323)848-6450 to request a re-registration form be mailed to you, only if your tenant cannot provide you with an email address.

Partial payments are not accepted through the online portal.  If you wish to discuss a payment plan, please call (323)848-6450 and ask to speak to a Rent Stabilization Information Coordinator.

As of July 1, 2017, the fee per unit is $144.  Units that are occupied by Section 8 tenants are charged $60, only if the Special 8 re-registration form was accepted by the City.  Please call our office at (323)848-6450, if you have any questions on how to re-register a Section 8 tenancy.

Unpaid balances from past billing periods could mean that the previous property owner(s) did not pay the outstanding fees.  The new property owner(s) is/are now responsible for paying any outstanding balances.  If you have proof that the previous balance was paid, please call our office at (323)848-6450 to clear this matter.  If you were unable to make the payment on any outstanding balance due to exceptional circumstances, click here to apply for a waiver of the penalty fees.
