If you are closing your business, please call the Revenue Management Division Hotline at (323) 848-6563 and request "Final Filing Instructions". Your message should include the following information:

• Business Address
• Tax Certificate Number
• Contact Name
• Contact Phone Number
• Forwarding Mailing Address
