Important Update
On August 19, 2024, the city launched the City of West Hollywood Permitting and License Portal that has modernized review and permitting services to our customers. The new permitting system replaced existing software platforms, streamlining operations and improving service delivery for residents, businesses, vendors, and stakeholders who interact with the City’s permitting processes.
Submitting a Project
To get started all you need to do is register and create an account. If you have a project already in planning review, please use the same email address submitted with your original application when creating your new account. Applicants can track the review process and project history through their account dashboards. The Planning Division does not accept physical plans or documents and will only be accepting electronic submittals through the City of West Hollywood Permit and License Portal.
