The City of West Hollywood is responding to community needs and is providing regular updates during the coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency. The City is taking extensive steps to support the community during this unprecedented time. The City continues its COVID-19 free webinar series with an informational presentation for community members.
On Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 1 p.m. the City will present COVID-19 Health & Safety Information for Businesses. As California businesses slowly reopen, the health and safety of the workforce is of utmost importance.
Dr. Rekha Murthy, Vice President of Medical Affairs and Associate Chief Medical Officer from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Cristin Mondy, RN, MSN, MPH, Regional Health Officer Metro LA from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health will provide their professional insights and address general health and safety questions from the business community. Topics include: the current status of COVID-19, the disease and its symptoms, and when to get care; business safety guidance in the workplace; and, reopening protocols to protect businesses, employees, and customers.
