One City One Pride Arts Festival: For the eighth year, the City of West Hollywood celebrates June Pride Month through the artistic contributions of the LGBTQ community. This years festival theme is 'I Do.' celebrating the one-year anniversary of marriage equality in California and runs from Harvey Milk Day (May 22) through the end of March.

Summer Sounds 2014 runs from June 15 to August 17.

World Book Night  Volunteers will be handing out free books as part of West Hollywood's celebration of World Book Night. This year 25,000 volunteers will gift half a million books nationwide with the purpose of reintroducing light or non-readers to books. Outfest West Hollywood Screening Series The City of West Hollywood has partnered with Outfest to present this monthly screening series held on the first Wednesday of each month starting on February 5, 2014. Most screenings will be followed by short talks or Q&As. Tickets average $10. For more info click here.

soundSpark The Society for the Activation of Social Space through Art and Sound (SASSAS) in partnership with the City of West Hollywood continues soundSpark, a children's concert series at the West Hollywood Public Library, taking place on the first Saturday of every month  from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at West Hollywood Public Library Children’s Theatre, located at 625 N. San Vicente Blvd.

Puppet Theater on Wheels presents shows for children based on Eastern European culture.

Find Your Roots exhibit sponsored by the Russian Advisory Board and Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission runs through April.

Three Horned Beast and Baby Beast sculptures grace Plummer Park. As part of WeHo East Arts which explores the convergence of arts and culture on the east side of WeHo, there is a celebration on March 15, 10am-12pm in Plummer Park.

Sean Strub Author Reading - On February 4, the City as part of the Library Programming Committee supports a reading by Sean Strub, founder of POZ magazine and author of a new book called 'Body Counts'.

Winter Sounds 2014 The City of West Hollywood through its Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission proudly presents the 2014 Winter Sounds, a concert performance series taking place in indoor locations throughout West Hollywood between January and March of 2014. The year’s line-up of performances is an eclectic mix of jazz, bluegrass and world music.
