About Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex
Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex is West Hollywood’s Dial-A-Ride rideshare service for West Hollywood residents over 62 or who are living with a disability (of any age). The service is free to ride and available on-demand for trips in the Cities of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills and the surrounding areas weekdays from 8 AM- 5 PM.

- Who can use Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex?
- Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex is available to West Hollywood residents over the age of 62 or who are living with a disability (of any age).
- Where can I ride Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex?
- You can travel within the Cities of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills and surrounding communities. The boundaries are Sunset Blvd/Hollywood Blvd to the north; Highland Ave to the east; Pico Blvd to the south; and Beverly Glenn Blvd to the west. A service area map is available here.
- How can I book a Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex ride?
- The first step is to register with the program. You can do so by completing this application. Once enrolled riders can book a ride through the mobile app (available for download through the Apple / Android app store) up to 14 days in advance. Participants may also call the call center at (800) 447-2189. The call center is available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM.

When using the app to schedule your trip, simply enter your information regarding pickup location and time, and destination.
- Do I need a mobile app to book a ride?
- No. A mobile app is not required. Riders will continue to have the option of booking trips by calling the program’s call center at (800) 447-2189.
- How do I know when the driver will pick me up?
- Your ride booking will specify a time window of 10 minutes for pick-up. We advise you to reach your pick-up point 5 minutes before your pick-up window. As it gets closer to the time of your ride, we will send you an updated ETA. You will also receive a notification when your vehicle has arrived. Updates are sent via SMS and the Cityline Flex app. Furthermore, you have the option to use the mobile app to track your vehicle’s location in real-time as it comes to pick you up.
Cityline Flex Accommodations
The City of West Hollywood may allow the reasonable modification of its Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex transportation service to accommodate the special needs of persons with disabilities in order to allow them to fully utilize the Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex service.
Whenever possible a request for a reasonable modification or accommodation shall be filed in advance to the City's Transportation Services by telephone at 323-848-6370, or by mail at Transportation Services, City of West Hollywood, 8300 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069.
Requests for reasonable modifications or accommodations will not be approved if the request would: fundamentally alter the nature of the service, program, or activity; create a direct threat to the health or safety of others; result in an undue financial and administrative burden; or the individual would still be able to fully use the services provided by the City of West Hollywood without the modification. Individuals with disabilities may file complaints regarding reasonable modification or accommodation with the City’s Transportation Services.
