In order to qualify for the program, you must provide proof of the following three requirements:

  • RESIDENCY: copy of utility bill or lease in your name showing West Hollywood address; or current driver’s license with West Hollywood address.
  • FINANCIAL NEED: a document showing current enrollment in a public benefits program (i.e. MediCal, CalFresh), 3 months of current, consecutive pay stubs, or previous year’s tax return showing income less than 200% of Federal Poverty Level
  • MEDICAL NEED: a letter from your primary healthcare provider that recommends the therapeutic use of cannabis as part of an approved treatment plan

    Eligibility must be renewed annually.

Please note: this program is not intended for recreational use.
