Safe guarding housing affordability is part of West Hollywood's Vision 2020 Core Values. and the City is dedicated to creating and maintaining safe, clean and affordable housing for all West Hollywood residents. The City achieves this in part through Inclusionary Housing. West Hollywood's Inclusionary Program requires new multi-unit residential projects to include 20% affordable housing (Inclusionary Housing Program - Information for Developers). The City also maintains an Affordable Housing Trust Fund, and partners with non-profit housing providers to create additional affordable, supportive housing options.

• Resources - The City provides a resource guide to low-income housing for seniors, families and persons living with disabilities including AIDS/HIV which includes descriptions of various programs and contact information.
• Inclusionary Housing - The City's Inclusionary Housing Program (WHMC 19.22) requires 20% of units in new housing projects to be affordable for income qualifying households.

• Non-Profit Housing - Several non-profit housing organizations operate affordable housing buildings in West Hollywood and the surrounding area. Follow this link for more information.
