Channel 36

West Hollywood Public Access is a service of the Communications Department of the City of West Hollywood and provides a video production program consisting of training, equipment access and channel airtime to West Hollywood residents. WHPA operates Channel 36 on Time Warner Cable in West Hollywood and also airs on AT&T U-verse channel 99 in the greater Los Angeles area.

The West Hollywood Public Access office is open weekdays from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. West Hollywood Public Access, as a service of the City of West Hollywood, is closed every other Friday to comply with South Coast Air Quality Management District.

West Hollywood Public Access is located in West Hollywood Park, 647 San Vicente Blvd., between Melrose and Santa Monica Boulevard. Our mailing address is 8300 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069
