Pacific Design Center - Red BuildingThe Red Building is a world class building developed by Charles S. Cohen. It offers 400,000 square feet of office space in two towers atop seven levels of convenient parking and completes the triad of Pacific Design Center Buildings previously designed by Pelli and Gruen Associates.

Highlights include: 400,000 square feet of world class office space in two towers atop seven levels of convenient parking; Premier multi-use facilities featuring an outpost of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA); two restaurants operated by world-renowned chef and restauranteur Wolfgang Puck; The SilverScreen Theater; the Blue Conference Center, a 200 seat facility fully equipped for conferences and meetings and an on-site fitness center; and Parking available beneath the Red Building for 1,500 vehicles. The building received its Certificate of Occupancy in February of 2013 and is available for lease.
