The Public Works Department utilizes the City's online bidding portal called PlanetBids. To all vendors: please see below "New Vendor Registration" and "Bid Opportunities." New vendor registration takes less than 24 hours to complete and gain access to the bids. 

The City's online bidding portal requires all vendors to register online to view and search current bids, to view and download bidding documents, to view the City's sample contract and minimum insurance requirements, to submit bids, to view bid results, and to receive automated notifications by email of the City's future solicitations for goods and services. Formal and informal bid solicitations may be conducted through the City's online bidding portal.
