Riders MUST:

• Have a valid driver license or instructional permit
• Wear a helmet if you are UNDER the age of 18
• Ride all devices on the road, never on the sidewalk. Riders are allowed to ride in the bike lanes whenever possible and must ride in the direction of traffic.
• Park in designated parking stations. Devices should never block the sidewalk or an ADA access point, nor be parked on private property.
• Ride Solo - only one person is allowed on a device at a time
• Follow all traffic and right-of-way regulations (stop signs, yielding to pedestrians, one-way streets, etc)

NO. E-scooters and e-bikes should never be ridden on the sidewalk.

TIPS:

• Always ride as far to the right as you can and always in the direction of traffic.
• E-scooters and e-bikes may be ridden in the bike lanes

Helmets are required for riders who are 18 years old or younger.
