Scheduling an Inspection

Applicants with valid permits can schedule an inspection using the City of West Hollywood Permit & License Portal here: Permits & Licenses | City of West Hollywood (weho.org) You must have an account to schedule an inspection.

Applicants MUST provide the name and number of the person who will be onsite the day of the inspection to ensure the inspector can call if there are any access issues.

The jobsite MUST be available within 3 hours of the time identified on your inspection record.

Daily Building Inspection Schedule

Inspection schedules are coordinated a day prior to each business day and must be scheduled before 4PM. All inspection information will be available online through applicant's City of West Hollywood Permit & License Portal account.

Inspection History

The city does not issue inspection cards. Inspection results can be accessed by logging onto your online account.

Construction Hours

Construction is limited between the hours of 8AM to 7PM, Mondays through Fridays and to interior work only on Saturdays. No construction allowed on Sunday or City declared Holidays. These hours are strictly enforced by our Code Enforcement Division and violators are subject to stop-work orders and fines.

Construction Plans

The approved constructions plans will be released upon permit issuance and be available via the online permitting portal. The approved plans shall be printed (24" x 36") and available at the job site at time of inspection.
