The City of West Hollywood will co-sponsor a panel discussion on LGBT Aging with Services & Advocacy for LGBT Elders (SAGE), the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender older adults. The panel discussion will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at the West Hollywood Community Center at Plummer Park, 7377 Santa Monica Boulevard, Rooms 5 & 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The event is presented by Gay and Lesbian Elder Housing, the LA Gay & Lesbian Center, and the West Hollywood Transgender Advisory Board. The panel will be moderated by Barbara Sinclair, past president of the Los Angeles County Commission for Older Adults. Panelists will include Michael Adams, Executive Director, SAGE; Eric Carlson, National Senior Citizens Law Center; Ivy Bottini, West Hollywood Lesbian and Gay Advisory Board; and Rob Bergstein, former West Hollywood Rent Stabilization Commissioner.
