WHAP! stands for the West Hollywood Aesthetics and Politics lecture series, organized by Cal Arts and supported by the City of West Hollywood. This lecture features Claire Colebrook, Edwin Erle Sparks Professor of English at Penn State University. She has written books and articles on queer theory, feminist theory, contemporary European philosophy, poetics, literary history and literary theory, including "Sex After Life" and "Death of the Postman."
