Ric Montejano’s lyrical short story, “Beauty,” wrestles with the obsession of beauty, the horrors of crystal-meth and struggle with remorse. Montejano has enjoyed a multi-faceted career in the theater including work as a dancer, actor, choreographer, playwright, producer, and director. His work has been presented at Lawrence Ferlinttettis-Getti’s City Lights Poets Theater in San Francisco, and in Los Angeles at the MET Theater, Fountain Theater, and Wordspace in Silverlake.
