11am-3pm: Advance Planning Clinic
Meet with a volunteer attorney to complete an Advance Health Care Directive (important document appointing a health care agent and recording your health care wishes in case you become incapacitated) and/or a Statutory Will (simple document for disposing of your real and personal property after your death).

3pm-4pm: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Presentation
SSI is a financial assistance program for those who are disabled or over the age of 65 and meet the financial eligibility guidelines. Learn about qualifying for this program, protecting your benefits from being terminated or reduced, and appealing wrongful decisions made by the Social Security Administration that negatively impact your benefits. Also learn how to get legal help if needed.

4pm-5pm: West Hollywood Rent Stabilization Ordinance Presentation
Learn about eviction and rent-control protections available under the West Hollywood Rent Stabilization Ordinance, including the protections available for Section 8 tenants, and how to defend yourself or find legal assistance if you encounter a problem with your landlord or the Housing Authority.
