Assemblymember Richard Bloom’s staff will be at West Hollywood City Hall from noon to 2pm on the 4^th Wednesday of each month as part of their Neighborhood Office Hours program.  The Neighborhood Office Hours program provides the public an opportunity to meet with his staff to obtain information on state services, discuss pending or future legislation and seek assistance in dealing with a state agency.  Appointments are encouraged by calling (310) 450-0041, but are not necessary.
