Celebration Theatre’s monthly series presents free staged readings of new LGBTQ plays. This month’s reading will be “Sunshine Quest” by William Fowkes, directed by Constance Jewell Lopez. In this play set in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1999, retired gay men flock to the Sunshine Quest Club for dancing, companionship, flirtation, and fun…but not everyone is waiting for them with open arms. Admission is free and donations will be welcomed.
