From noon to 2 p.m. come down to West Hollywood City Hall for Office Hours with Assembly Member Richard Bloom. These Office Hours offer the public an opportunity to meet with staff and gain an understanding of state services and events in the community. Office Hours with Assembly Member Bloom will take place every 4th Wednesday of the month.
