I’ll Be Me is a documentary film from 2014, which follows legendary musician Glen Campbell on his farewell tour after he is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, as he and his family navigate the unpredictable nature of the disease through love, laughter, and music. The event is co-sponsored by the City’s Senior Advisory Board and City’s Disability Advisory Board. The film will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Alonso Duralde, Film Review Editor of “The Wrap.” It will feature the director and producers of the film, as well as the President and CEO of the Alzheimer’s Association, California Southland Chapter.
