Free Community Yoga Class

In recognition of American Heart Month and West Hollywood’s Women’s Heart Health Campaign to promote heart health awareness the City of West Hollywood is hosting a free community yoga class outside in West Hollywood Park on Saturday, February 28, 2015at 10 am .

Led by UpRising Yoga, the class will emphasize integrating mind, body, energy and breath all within a playful supportive environment. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Reservations not required. All Ages and levels welcome!  West Hollywood Park is located at 625 N. San Vicente Blvd. Two hours free parking in the onsite 5- story public parking lot with validation. In case of rain the class will be held inside West Hollywood Park Auditorium. 

Beginning March 2015, UpRising Yoga will teach hatha yoga classes weekly at West Hollywood Park.  Come “Try before you Buy”. Meet the instructors on February 28th and try out the class for free!
