Join the West Hollywood City Council and the Women’s Advisory Board for the official kick-off of National Women’s History Month in West Hollywood. This year is the 27^th year the City has commemorated women’s history month. Two new women’s history month banners will be unveiled honoring the acclaimed author Dr. Maya Angelou and prominent activist for LGBT equality Barbara Gittings.  There will be a meet and greet reception prior to the City Council meeting.  Admission is free.
