The City of West Hollywood, along with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, local Fire Stations 7 and 8, the Sunset Strip Business Association Ambassadors, Block by Block, The PickUp and local licensed taxi companies, will kick off the holiday season with the annual “Don’t Drink and Drive” campaign.  Immediately following the press conference, everyone will commence walking to the nearby restaurants and bars to personally distribute napkins with a printed message reminding patrons not to drink and drive and to use a designated driver, a local cab company or The PickUp.  The napkins will have a list of licensed West Hollywood Cab Companies and their phone numbers.  An actual crashed car that was involved in a drunk-driving accident will be on display.  For more information, please call the Public Safety Division at (323) 848-6414.
