Winter Sounds is an indoor concert series of Jazz, World, and Folk music presented by the City of West Hollywood through its Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission. All concerts are free to attend, and first come, first served seating is provided. The music of Dr. Dawn Norfleet is rooted in traditional jazz but heavily infused with 1970s soul, global rhythms, and progressive music. In addition to her vocal work on Kamasi Washington's recording, The Epic, she has performed for LACMA's Jazz Series.
