INSTALL:WeHo is an interactive exhibition showcasing the curated and juried work of LBGTQ-minded artists in the Greater Los Angeles community. With the support of the City of West Hollywood, ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives, Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, Pasadena Arts Council and Frontiers Magazine LA, this pop-up installation will serve as a forum to bring both established and emerging LGBTQ artists and contributors together. In the raw, spontaneous spirit of the underground art scene and with the refined organization of a fine art biennial, INSTALL:WeHo will appear overnight in a caravan of U-¬Haul trucks. Each dedicated to, and curated by an individual, organization, gallery or performance troupe, but together forming a pop-¬up art "city." In doing so, INSTALL:WeHo has the opportunity to share the stories, struggles, and spirits of our community at large through a diverse array of mediums and forms.
