Join the City of West Hollywood at the new West Hollywood Lesbians’ Discussion Group. The West Hollywood Lesbians’ Discussion Group will meet the second Wednesday of every month and encourage attendees to discuss their own experiences about issues of importance to the Lesbian community. The SHE discussion group will provide an open space for building relationships, promoting dialog, and creating solutions for issues currently facing Lesbians. In this month’s program, the topic is “Sex in the City.” Our first discussion will get lesbians talking about…sex! Come listen to other women’s experiences of intimacy, both in and out of relationships. Maybe share your own story. Who knows? You’re sure to have a great time learning something new. Discussion topics will include: why sex matters (it does!), sex on the first date, lesbian one-night stands: fact or fiction, to use toys or not to use toys, how to avoid lesbian “bed death” and keep sex alive in a long-term relationship, and sex and aging: why older women are hot. Admission is free. Validated parking will be available in the 5-story parking structure adjacent to the Library.
