West Hollywood/Cal Arts Lecture Series: "Can or Ought the Political and the Religious Be Separated?"

Event co-hosted by the City of West Hollywood and the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). WHAP! Is a new lecture series ranging from critical and political theory to film screenings and conversations about art and architecture. Can or Ought the Political and the Religious Be Separated will feature a conversation with Etienne Balibar, Professor Emerituc of moral and political philosophy at Université de Paris X-Nanterre and Distinguished Professor of Humanities at the University of California, Irvine. Admission is free. Seating is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Pay parking available at the 5-story Library parking structure.
