Proposed Project:
The project being presented is a new three story mixed use development, located at the corner of N Robertson Boulevard and W Ashcroft Avenue.
The building will include an underground parking level, first floor retail spaces, second floor office space, and a third floor of residential units. The third floor will house five residential units with access to a roof deck space. One of the units will be reserved for state regulated low-income housing.
