Transportation and Mobility Commission Meeting

The Transportation Commission was created on December 5, 1989 and consists of five (5) members, appointed by individual Councilmembers, and two (2) members appointed by the Council as a whole (at-large). Each member of the Commission shall serve a two-year term commencing June 1st following a general municipal election. Members shall have a significant interest in the City such as residency, business or residential ownership, economic involvement or some other valid link to be determined by the City Council. Members shall not be officers or employees of the City. 

Meetings of the Transportation Commission are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Members of the public are encouraged  to comment on matters before the Transportation and Mobility Commission. 
You may Email your comments to tcmpubliccomments@weho.org no later than 2:00 p.m. on the Transportation Commission meeting day.

Note: E-Comments received by 2:00 p.m. will be forwarded to the Transportation and Mobility Commission and posted on the City’s website as part of the official meeting record.

Your comments and information will become part of the official public record. 
If you do not want your personal information included in the official record, please do not include your address and/or phone number.

 

TO PARTICIPATE BY LISTENING TO THE MEETING AND PROVIDING PUBLIC COMMENTS BY TELEPHONE:
This option is to provide public comment via phone ONLY

  1. You must sign-up to speak no later than 2:00 p.m. on the day of the Transportation and Mobility Commission meeting to be added to the Zoom Public Speaker List.

    Please note: the Transportation and Mobility Commission Secretary or staff cannot respond to emails during the meeting.
    This means that email requests to speak by phone on additional agenda items during the meeting cannot be accommodated.

  2. Sign-up to speak via the Speaker Request Form, or send your name, the phone number you will be calling from, your email address, and which item you wish to speak on to: tcmpubliccomments@weho.org

  3.  Dial-in 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting (the meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.)

      *Zoom credentials will be emailed to the email address you provide the afternoon of the scheduled meeting.

You will be placed ON HOLD in the Virtual Meeting Room until the meeting commences.
When you enter the meeting, please mute your telephone.  Comments from the public are limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
