Meetings of the Planning Commission Design Review Subcommittee are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. as needed.
Projects discussed by the Design Review Subcommittee are focused primarily on the design and architectural integrity of the proposed projects only.

Members of the public are encouraged to submit theirs views on matters before the Design Review Subcommittee.
You may E-Mail comments to pcspubliccomments@weho.org no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Design Review Subcommittee meeting day.
Your comments and information will become part of the official public record.
If you do not want your personal information included in the official record, please do not include your address and/or phone number.
Note: E-Mails received by 4:00 p.m. will be forwarded to the Design Review Subcommittee members and posted on the City’s website as part of the official meeting record.

Please note: the Planning Commission Secretary or staff cannot respond to emails during the meeting.
This means that email requests made to speak by phone on additional agenda items during the meeting cannot be accommodated during the live broadcast of the meeting.
