World Oil Marketing Company (the applicant) proposes renovations to an existing service center located at 8020 Santa Monica Boulevard. 

The proposed project would include the demolition of existing structures on the site and the construction of a new 2,000 square-foot building, to include a deli and cafe with outdoor seating and a convenience market associated with the service station.  The proposed project would also include the addition of two Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, relocation and upgrade of the service center's non-EV fuel storage and system components, a new canopy above the fuel pumps, a new trash enclosure, and landscaping.

The applicant will hold this meeting to inform the community about the project and gather feedback.
