The LA Get Down is an annual hip hop and poetry festival held here at Greenway Court Theatre. Past years programming has included open-mics, workshops, poetry slams, performances, and more; all uplifting and celebrating the spoken word artists in the community. This year will feature a one-man show from Dante Basco, Da Poetry Lounge's InkSlam, Youth Day at Melrose Trading Post, various workshops, and more to be announced!
