Proposed Project: Consists of an eight-story, multi-family residential building with 35 apartments (including 7 affordable units) above one level of subterranean parking with 18 spaces.
The proposed project includes the demolition of three existing buildings and the construction of a new, multi-family residential apartment building. This project requests entitlement as a "Builders Remedy Project" and does not comply with the City's General Plan or Zoning Ordinance, including but not limited to exceeding of the height limit and base density as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance.
