The Calendar features a comprehensive schedule of City of West Hollywood meetings and City-sponsored events. In order to ensure accuracy, only listings for the current month appear on the Calendar. (Past events remain listed, as well.) The following month's Calendar listings are typically added during the last week of the month prior.

Neighborhood Meeting for a proposed project at 840-852 Hilldale Avenue, 837-849 San Vicente Boulevard, and 850 San Vicente Boulevard

Proposed Project:  10-unit  apartment building with 10 parking spaces (1 per unit) at-grade, + 2 levels of housing.  Land behind the building will allow Applicant to build a pool for the San Vicente Bungalows, minimal office space and a below-ground restaurant for approximately 50 people for dinner parties. Entrance to the San Vicente Bungalows will remain on San Vicente Boulevard. The Apartment building entrance will be on Hilldale Avenue.  No connecting entrances/exits will exist between the two sites, except for emergency purposes. 

10-unit residential apartment building  The project will be approximately 36.5 feet tall and utilize at least 2/3 of the land facing Hilldale.  The project will have on-site parking of (10 spaces) 1 space per unit which will be at-grade, and two levels of housing.  The balance of the land behind the building allowing the Applicant to build a pool for the San Vicente Bungalows as well as minimal office space and a below ground restaurant space that can hold approximately 50 people for dinner parties.  The entrance to the San Vicente Bungalows will remain on San Vicente Boulevard.  The Apartment Bldg. entrance will be on Hilldale. No connecting entrances/exits will exist between the two sites, except for emergency purposes. 

The Design of the building is contemporary and intended to fit in the context of Hilldale.  This property is NOT located in the Norma Triangle but is intended to be respectful of its neighbors by providing a quality development of only 3 stories and minimizing time for construction by providing at-grade (not subterranean parking) parking.
