La Boheme Restaurant is requesting to permanently convert the OutZone temporary outdoor dining area (originally a surface parking lot servicing the restaurant) into a permanently improved outdoor dining area with upscale elevated design, landscaping, amenities and built in noise mitigation. The scope of work includes the construction of a new detached building to provide additional bathrooms facilities for the outdoor dining area that will also further buffer sound, modification to perimeter walls that currently surround the surface parking lot, including walls on the south and southeast perimeters to mitigate sound, mature and verdant landscaping, elegant ironwork and furnishings and to permit alcohol service. 

Currently, the existing parking space is being utilized as outdoor dining as approved by the Temporary Outzone Permit. This application seeks to improve, reconfigure and make the outdoor dining area permanent.
