The proposal is to demolish two (2) existing single-family dwellings on one (1) parcel located on the west side of Edinburgh Avenue, and construct an eight-story and approximately 31,589-square-foot residential apartment building containing: 1) a total of 35 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units (including 7 income-restricted units); 2) approximately 3,512 square feet of private open space balconies; 3) approximately 2,026 square feet of common open space at the ground floor and rooftop; and 4) an approximately 5,278-square-foot, one-level underground garage containing 10 total parking spaces.
