The proposal is to demolish four (4) existing buildings containing eight (8) residential units on two mid-block parcels at the west side of Huntley Drive, and construct an eight-story and approximately 74,460 square-foot residential apartment building containing: 1) a total of 50 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units (including 18 income-restricted units); 2) approximately 5,123 square-feet of private open space balconies; 3) an approximately 2,165 square-feet of common open space rooftop deck; and 4) a two-level underground garage containing 28 total parking spaces.
