The City of West Hollywood will host the 23rd Annual Paul Andrew Starke Warrior Awards on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 6:30 pm, in recognition of World AIDS Day. The Awards will be in the West Hollywood City Council Chambers, 625 N. San Vicente Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069, with parking validation provided for the 5-story parking garage. Light refreshments will be served.
The Paul Andrew Starke Warrior Awards will be presented to staff and volunteers of local organizations who provide outstanding HIV/AIDS prevention and care services. The 2023 honorees include:

- Dr. Susan Holt, Being Alive
- Ramon Cervantes-Tadeo, C.I.T.Y. x1
- Prudence Mediola, Friends Community Center
- Paul Chavez, The Los Angeles LGBT Center
- Dr. Kimberly Curtin, Men's Health Foundation
- John Sovec, The Life Group LA
- Ilene Kasser, The Tweakers Project
