NCJW|LA Presents the Emerging Advocacy Training Project

Interested in becoming more civically engaged and involved in your community? Register for the ATP!  The innovative Advocacy Training Project (ATP) created and produced by the National Council of Jewish Women|Los Angeles chapter will begin its eighth year with online series to be held between September 7, 2023 and November 18 2023. The ATP provides participants with hands-on advocacy skills, tools, experience, and guidance for anyone newly involved in advocacy. Participants spend their time learning a general overview of advocacy strategies and guidelines on implementing specific advocacy tactics. The Emerging Advocacy Training Project (ATP Track 1) is a series of six workshops that provide participants with hands-on advocacy skills, tools, experience, and guidance for anyone newly involved in grassroots advocacy. Each workshop focuses on today's most applicable and productive advocacy methods and tools for increasing civic engagement.

 All sessions will be held virtually; participants can choose from two scheduled options:

  • Thursday Evenings 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm beginning September 7th
  • Saturday Mornings 10:00 am -11:30 am beginning September 9th
