The Calendar features a comprehensive schedule of City of West Hollywood meetings and City-sponsored events. In order to ensure accuracy, only listings for the current month appear on the Calendar. (Past events remain listed, as well.) The following month's Calendar listings are typically added during the last week of the month prior.

SUBSTANCE USE AND HARM REDUCTION TOWN HALL FORUM

The City of West Hollywood is hosting a Substance Use and Harm Reduction Town Hall Forum focusing on overdose prevention and fentanyl, methamphetamine, and xylazine.This will be livestreamed and available for future viewing on the City’s WeHoTV YouTube Channel.

The purpose of the Substance Use and Harm Reduction Town Hall, in partnership with APLA Health; Institute for Public Strategies; and the Los Angeles Department of Public Health - Substance Abuse Prevention and Control, is to provide a current landscape of substance use in West Hollywood and Los Angeles, with a focus on fentanyl, opioids, stimulants, methamphetamine, and the emerging presence of Xylazine. Experts from the field will explain several evidence-based substance use mitigation strategies, including harm reduction, contingency management, and Medication Addiction Treatments (i.e. Naloxone, Naltrexone).
