Proposal for nightclub use in existing basement at 8465 Melrose Avenue, Unit C
8380 Melrose Avenue L.L.C is hosting a neighborhood meeting to introduce the proposed project to neighbors located near 8465 Melrose Ave. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the community, answer questions, and obtain feedback on the proposed project.
The building consists of an existing two story commercial building with a basement with off site parking. The project will provide a tenant improvement located in the existing basement. No alteration to the exterior of the building is being proposed.
