Proposed development of a new four-story, eight-unit multi-family residence with 18 parking spaces at subterranean levels. The massing of the proposed project is broken into two volumes, breaking up the scale of the larger mass with the introduction of open areas and circulation.

The building makes use of a combination of high-durable materials. Flat metal panels and White Ash wood cladding allow for a 4-dimensional contemporary design. A series of wood slats are introduced at the front elevations providing a privacy layer that still allows for residents to enjoy views to the street from their units. 

The project conforms to the city’s green building program requirements. The landscape is a thoughtful palette of drought tolerant, low maintenance planting.
