You are invited to a Virtual Neighborhood Meeting with the project team for a proposed new development of a mixed-use residential rental building located at 1000 North La Brea Avenue (at the intersection of North La Brea Avenue and Romaine Street). At this meeting, our project team will present preliminary plans for a proposed 34-story mixed-use building with five-hundred and fourteen (514) residential rental apartments and commercial retail space.

The project will include a combination of market-rate and affordable rental units, ground-floor retail with outdoor frontages along North La Brea Avenue, parking deck comprised of two levels below-grade and five levels above-grade, and an open space plaza at residential entry.
