High Beams, a Los Angeles-based curatorial collective, will present HB7: Cruising, a pop-up exhibition of 20 artists to be held in the north parking lot of Plummer Park on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 5:00PM – 9:00PM.
The one-night exhibition will showcase sculpture, installation, painting, video, and performance. West Hollywood residents and the local art community will experience artwork in a COVID-safe environment while breaking down the physical and psychological barriers associated with the white cube gallery model. The atmosphere cultivated at a High Beams event is equal parts art exhibition, carnival, and social mixer.
