The Art on the Outside Subcommittee of the Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission brings temporary art installations and exhibits out into the public realm to enhance the City’s lively pedestrian-friendly culture. The Subcommittee determines the methodology and process by which to attract artists and art consultants and reviews requests for proposals as well as interviewing arts consultants and artists as appropriate.
