Community mixer in celebration of the City of West Hollywood's 38 birthday!
Join the City’s executive management team, city officials, and staff to celebrate cityhood and engage in conversation about new initiatives, upcoming workplans, and major projects in West Hollywood. This festive event will include light appetizers, beverages, live entertainment, and a formal program.
- The program begins at 6:30 with a welcome of elected officials followed by a presentation from the City Manager and executive team.
- Birthday celebrations will follow immediately afterward.

Travel & Parking Information
Due to very limited on-site parking, we strongly recommend arriving by rideshare or alternative modes of transportation.
If driving, attendees should park at the Pacific Design Center (8687 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90069) by using the entrance located off Melrose Avenue or off San Vicente Ave; complimentary validations will be available at the event. From the PDC Parking lot, take the parking elevator to the first floor. Exit the elevator to the left and enter the PDC Blue Building through the glass doors. Walk along the corridor, past the security center, and continue to the doors to the PDC Plaza. Exit the PDC building and walk through the PDC Plaza to San Vicente Blvd. Cross San Vicente Blvd towards West Hollywood Park, take the stairs or elevator up to the Library’s main entrance, and continue along the pathway to the main entrance of the West Hollywood Aquatic and Recreation Center. Signage will be posted along the way. Please pick up a validation ticket at the event registration table.
The City’s free Cityline Commuter Shuttle will be running from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. with service stops at the West Hollywood Library to major intersections along Santa Monica Boulevard. The Cityline route map and schedule is available here. Note the last shuttle departs from West Hollywood Park Library at 7:33 P.M. From the West Hollywood Park Library stop, take the stairs or elevator up to the Library’s main entrance, and continue along the pathway to the main entrance of the West Hollywood Aquatic and Recreation Center. Signage will be posted along the way.
West Hollywood residents over the age of 62 or who are living with a disability are eligible for the City’s on-call transportation subsidy program. Trips are booked by phone and are provided 24/7 by the rideshare company Lyft. Registered participants pay $8 for $50 in rideshare credits.
